New Neck holes don't line up

I just received my gorgeous canary tele neck for my tele project. The holes don't quite line up though, about 1mm or so out. What's the recommended way to line them up?

Is the body Warmoth?
Also, it might not be a bad idea to get steel inserts.

If not a Warmoth or Fender body, there are several ways to alter the line up.  My prefered way would be to drill, hard wood dowel plug, re drill.

Yup Warmoth body. It's not far out, but enough that I can't get the screws in.

If it's clamped improperly it could.

To the OP, call them before you do anything.

Did you get a Tele neck or a Strat neck? The neck pocket is different between the two.
