Looking at all of the options available on the Warmoth site is like being a kid in a candy store. Decided on a showcase Thinline hollow chambered swamp ash on swamp ash Black, yellow, red burst tele body. The neck is a showcase Nitro Satin finish maple on maple, Gibson conversion with 22 6100 SS frets and full scallop.

Welcome to the forum. Those will go well together and make a fine guitar. Congrats.

I know what you mean about "kid in a candy store".
Yeah, I can definitely relate to that too! Welcome to the forum, keep them pix coming, love to watch a build come together.  :icon_thumright:

Thanks guys,
Your guitar pics have given me a bad case of guitar envy. This is my first time building something just for me. I've done minor repair and some setup work for friends but nothing specifically specked for my taste. This will not appeal to a lot of people looking to buy a guitar.
I'm doing a Celtic flavor in honor of my family ancestry. If everything works out, the neck will be laser engraved with a Celtic knot work pattern. The control plate will be from a German company with Celtic knot work, and the control knobs have a Celtic cross pattern.
The pickups are Seymour Duncan Hot Rails for Telecasters, Hipshot locking tuners, and a Stetsbar trem. CTS 500k push/pull pots, Orangedrop .0407 cap, CLR 3 position switch and the pups will be coil split. i'm using shielding paint in the cavities.

Cool guitar, interesting choice.. Tele with a scalloped neck..  Shredda-tele!!  :headbanging:

Welcome to the forum.

It is unusual to see a Tele with a scalloped neck and with a Stetsbar also it will look truly quite unique.

I approve of the Celtic Cross. I saw many stone crosses of that type in the area where I was growing up.
