New Body Builder

Okay, let me say, the new body builder ROCKS! We can't post on the beta tester thread, so I put it here. In addition to just looking cooler, the workflow is much smoother than before.

A couple wish list items:
1) Necks and Hardware? Be really slick to see a representation of the whole deal you're putting together.
2) Teles!!! (Thinline first pretty please)
3) Hurry up already.

This has been discussed before.

Warmoth is not allowed to sell completed guitars, only parts.
This might run them into some potential legal issues.

that was not my question. I said nothing of necks.

I would just love to see an approximation of say, a Purple Dye Quilt Maple iceman with a single humbucker route

that actually isn't as hard a thing to do as you think...

Tire Stores have similar software. and it runs on computers with very little Ram. if you can change the color of hundreds of cars, and change what those cars look like.

doing the same with guitar bodies, and then overlaying routes on the image.

seems doable.

You're probably looking at some body style other than the one God revealed to Leo (no not his first attempt. that one wasn't half bad.)

Selling completed guitars and overlaying bitmapped images on internet are not the same thing, not even in court. In fact, it's no different than the way they build up their rendered body/wood/finish images. (Try to save one without taking a screen grab or looking at the web page source.)

Hey Gregg, would it be possible to add a pickguard section to the builder and show binding when the solid color option is chosen?

I clicked the 720 mod option on a strat in the builder and a huge error message came up  :icon_scratch:
