Need a wiring diagram for HH

Howdy.....New to the forum today.......I'm looking for a wiring diagram for 2 Humbuckers with coil taps, 1 volume and 2 pull-up tone controls for single coil and a 3 way switch. Thanks....Jim

Wire it like this:

Accept that you want to use the push pull pots for tone pots, and wire that part like this:
