The Karosa made neck had to go.  Mounting a Warmoth neck onto a Warmoth body.
Not remotely complicated....  Save for the fact that I had the wrong tuning peg measurements.  DOH!!!  It'll be done as soon as I can get myself to a drill press.  A tool I don't have in the jewelry store.  I gotta run up to my Dad's shop at the trailer park and apartment complex tonite.

Nope.  This one is fresh from Warmoth.  This guitar did have a Karosa neck, but I was less happy with its shape and grain pattern.  So I grabbed a Bubinga neck with an Ebony fingerboard neck out of the showcase.  Had them add some stainless steel frets and an Earvana nut.  The neck I did the Truss Rod Surgery on is mounted to my beloved Fender '69 Thinline RI, and aside from a few dorky mistakes, kicks butt like it never kicked butt before.  I'm shocked that I managed to NOT hose that whole operation.

This guitar will be fully Warmoth upon completion.  I just need to get to a drill press in order to deal with a mistaken measurement.  I'm so excited I can barely contain myself.
