Neck bolt ferrules (Not string ferrules.)

Is there an option to have neck bolt ferrules, like a Gecko
(and every premium bass that doesn't say F*****), on other bodies?
I don't really care for neck plates (sorry), and would of course expect up-charge for
routing, the ferrules themselves, different bolts, etc.

I don't think they'd be able to that with Fender headstocks. They wouldn't be able to use the fender heel (the screw placements), which means the headstock licenses don't apply.

Not a concern for my blaspheming self... I'm concocting a Warmoth/Moses build... So a non neck plate would be preferable...
