Alright, clues:

Robert Fripp wrote this, but this ain't Fripp's version.

Many bands over the years have done covers of this tune, including Ozzy.  LOL

Just to be a nerd - Fripp didn't write it, except probably his solo parts. They worked on it together (I think the credit is split evenly) - Ian McDonald came up with the guitar/sax unison main motif if memory serves me right. Fripp became the main composer for the band ca. 72-73.
