Nice looking axe, very neat and classic.

Myself, not a fan of the fender logo, but it's your conscience. Give credit where credit is due!

Sweet combo of pickups, too.

Well, the body is a fender... and I made a custom finishing touch to the name.. it says Keinocaster in japanese instead of the normal stratocaster

i like it! not a fan of the reverse headstock, but that is one clean looking guitar. nice build!

I was in love, untill I saw the 4th knob... Man you deserves be punished

Well it was inspired by pete townshend's red strat.

I got my inspirations from Pete, Jimmy Hendrix and John Frusciante's strat.. so this is like the offspring of those 3 strats if they got to drunk and forgot to use protection..

Very clean Strat, I like it.

What's the 4th knob for? Sorry for the noob question :binkybaby:

its for the piezo blend. The bridge is equiped with a piezo pickup and the 4th knob (the Powerchip) helps mix the magnetic pickup with the piezo..

funny though since I find that the DG20 sound really close to a near acoustic like sound.. or maybe its just my line6 setting..

At a quick glance, it looks like any other strat, except you look twice and it totally isn't.  Well done.

OK, it's got Townshend controls and a Hendrix-esque reverse headstock... but what does it have to do with Frusciante?

It.. being a sunburst.. Im just a huge fan of frusciante... in the beginning i was searching for a 3tone sunburst but all I can get with a thinskin is an Eric Johson body... RI and CS are out of question.

I'm considering doing something similar with a Strat.  Townshend uses Eric Clapton Strats though, and I've also read that he has an EMG preamp to buffer the piezo signal.  So, when you add 1+1+1...9V battery for Clapton's mid boost electronics, 9V battery for Powerchip and 9V battery for EMG buffer preamp.  I'm wondering if I can run the midboost and one of the others off of the same 9V and at least keep it to two batteries?  I'm assuming the battery box you had installed is for the Powerchip?  Is that one of Fishman's battery boxes?

the battery powers the EMGs EXG/SPC and the piezo at the same time.. with a 3 way selector, i rarely use the piezos so basicly the battery powers just the emgs.

Noob question - what's that hanging off your output jack?

Its a stereo output; i can get the signal from the magnetic pickup and the piezo signal from the Powerchip.
