Ok off the back burner with this build, I have the neck ready for finishing just needs masking.
I rounded over the back edge of the neck to go with the vibe of the body edges.

I decided to mod the neck p/u spot to take various sizes. It won't take Wide range there not
on my want list.Before

I have given it a final level sand also. You can get a better idea of the edge contours before
they get sanded.
the block above the body is what i used its 800 dry lots of dusting the block & body, no
shiny low spots.
