Might as well throw this one out there since I'm new to the forums.  It is technically still a work in progress, as I've been trying to come up with a more balanced pickup configuration.

The guitar was put together by myself and a friend in 1996.  Appearance wise, it's as plain looking as plain gets.  It's actually about 16 years old now.

Flared '1970s' headstock.
Maple core
Ebony fingerboard
10-16" compound radius
6100 frets
Fender Strat body
Seymour Duncan Hotrails pickup bridge position
Seymour Duncan Jeff Beck pickup neck position

The second link the sound quality isn't the best, but it hopefully illustrates this is one of the smoothest and fastest necks I've ever played in my entire life!

This guitar has actually seen some wear.  I left the neck unfinished, and it feels great now that I've broken it in.

The only thing that sucks about it was the body wasn't routed for the truss rod channel, and the first truss rod adjustment I had to make to it, I had to take the neck off and 'guess'.  Luckily for me I had a little experience by then adjusting truss rods and got it right on the first try!
