Right you are.

I was never a fan of sticking a delay in front of an amp, but then again we're talking about dealing
with 80's technology when I formed this opinion.  I've been using a "wet rig" 4u rackmount powered+speaker
rig in conjunction with (via line out tap on HotPlate) my "dry rig" amp for years so I could enjoy post-powertube
time-based FX.

However, this stompbox sounds fantastic in front and the delays do not get all jacked up even with distortion.

So, no more hauling around my "wet rig"!  The Carbon Comp replaces it for live playing... and my back is happy.  :icon_thumright:
