More Ebay hilarity. (And deep sadness.)

I really don't like that bass. I'm a Warwick Thumb/Corvette guy. Or a Warmoth Gecko guy. I had a jazz bass once, it was nice but not my style. I like 5 string over 4 string, even though I really don't use the 5th string much. The neckplate is pretty damn funny, though.
 
that custom ORANGE PEEL paint job likely cost extra too....how did he do that :laughing3: :laughing3: :laughing3: :laughing3:???

:icon_thumright: Dead on! I can't believe this guy is trying to sell them for so much. They look really cheap to me. Like that bolt on with the rage-inducing-orange finish, the neckplate and the wood around it really bugs me. I can't believe he's asking so much, they look like something I would buy just to pull a Townshend.

That shit is probably too deep into the grain to ever be sanded off. :sad:

You have to be careful what you say. People take these kind of threats VERY seriously. After the SWAT team shows up at your house, you're going to be interrogated by the authorities for 72 hours, after which, you will be recommended for a lifetime involuntary commitment to a psychiatric hospital.

Hell if I know. This must be why he calls himself "Dickhead Designs." Only a dickhead could design such (There are no words in the English language to describe what that is.)
 
Black Nail polish?  A little acetone would do the trick there.  But poly on top of that?  Egad.  Where do these amateurs come from?  Everybody, I mean EVERYBODY, knows that you use creosote for dyeing things black.  If you are going to ruin something, have some friggin taste.
