Mayfly Cheap Ass speaker attenuator with an L-Pad

While at NAMM I saw all kinds of folks making super special / super expensive speaker attenuators that were not supposed to affect your tone when you turned down. I thought it would be interesting to make a cheap attenuator using an L-Pad and record it at various volumes not changing anything else ... just to see if the sound changes.
