LP control option for VIP body

Given that it's CNC, it seems like it would be pretty easy for Warmoth to offer an LP control option in addition to PRS or Strat.

Only if a lam top is done.

The channel from the toggle cavity to the control cavity was always done on the LP's before the carve top laminate is glued down.

Won't work on a regular two piece body split on centerline.
