OK, I figure I deserve a wireless system.

I need some help picking one.  I need something that's gonna stay plugged in when I'm running around being a guitar goof, sounds good, does not drop out,

aaaaaaand allows me to have more than one transmitter so I can just grab a different guitar and press a button and have the other guitar working.

Anyone have any experience with a good wireless setup that would do what I'm after?

In my experience, Sennheiser makes some of the best wireless equipment out there, for microphones and guitar packs.  However, they are also up there in terms of price!!

Ironically, I have an OLD Nady wireless pack (bought it in '91), and in our cel phone / WiFi / Bluetooth infested world, it still works GREAT!!!

Only a single transmitter, but even back in the day, I don't think I paid more than $100 for it.

I seem to remember Gregg was toying with some Line6 wireless gear with reasonable results.

Free from the frequency politics of typical wireless products as well.

Mayfly, I have a wireless system that I dont use anymore, I'm all midi now so I can't really use it, and I've been looking to sell it..  It's a dual system in one housing.  so you can use 2 different guitars with it with 2 different transmitter going to 2 different amps if you want to.  Or send both transmitters to the same amp.  It's a Nady and It always worked well for me.  It just has cheap cables for the wireless packs that I'm replacing.  One of them shorted on me in a show.  stupid cheap moulded cables.  So rather than replace the shorted one I'm getting them both replaced with good ones so I dont have to worry about it anymore.

Here is the product: http://www.nady.com/uhf24.html

except I have 2 packs instead of a pack and a microphone

Careful when buying used wireless, new FCC regulations make 700mhz wireless systems illegal to use and/or sell.
