Of course they'll find some flunky to blame. It would be interesting to know how many people saw the names before the broadcast. They're so greedy and so desperate to "scoop" the other news sources that they just kept handing it to the next guy - or gal. It would be monstrously hypocritical to blame the bobblehead for it ( so of course they will :toothy12 Those people are rigorously trained to read whatever's in front of them, maybe a tiny smile flicker for the amusing ones, a grief-stricken twitch of the eyebrow. But they are most certainly not allowed to jump up from the news desk and say "WHAT IS THIS CRAP?!?!"
The dumbest thing is, the internet has pretty much antiquated "the scoop" - whatever value they once might've had, it's gone inside of five minutes. The only way to scoop anything is with serious, long-term undercover reporting. And that all but disappeared in 1996, the Telecommuni... well I can't get political. Sum Ting Wong, indeed.
