Hey guys, new here but far from new to gear whoring and msg boards.  :toothy11:

So, every few years I get the urge to do a Warmoth build. Think I'm finally going to go for it...not sure what yet, but it's going to have a rw neck for sure. I'd really like to see what rosewood looks like on a walnut or black korina body (edit: clear gloss) but I'm into whatever you have!!!

Thanks guys!

oh yeah, is this verification deal forever or just because I'm new here? Serious PITA.

At the risk of stirring up the die-hards, this one isn't a Warmoth neck (though it is on a Warmoth body). 1-piece rosewood Jazzmaster neck, 24.75" conversion scale,  in case you're thinking something looks a bit odd about it.

Believe me, nothing feels or sound sbetter. Don't worry about how it looks. Nothing else is going to feel or sound as good.

^very, very nice. that grain is very sexy.

Come on guys, 47 views and only one example? For shame...  :laughing7:

Not much of a grain show off here ...  :redflag:

You have to make do with the W showcase pictures because I haven't got around to take pictures of the final build yet:

Right now stringed up with 12's tuned to C - but it's all in an experimental state right now  :)

Wow, a bari sexplorer.  :guitarplayer2: Gotta say that's unique. You keeping it in C or going lower? What pick ups/wiring did you go with? Nice guitar though. A rosewood neck really makes a white guitar pop. Love the subtle streaking on that Ebony.

Nice. Is the body alder with a brown stain? Dig the chevron pattern on the top.

Dig it. Rosewood board as well?

Well I got this one.

It lives here;
And dispite the bad photography is arguably the finest neck that has ever been built.

Then there's this one;

Which someday will go here;

It's only a matter of time.

I dunno about the tuning yet. But I will try others  :glasses10:

It's got Suhr DSV and DSV+ wired up in SD Triple Shot rings (almost useless ... but I don't have to flip the switches  :laughing7: ) and a Buckethead-style killswitch.
