Lefty Neck with Reverse Headstock?

The description for this neck says its a lefty neck with a reverse headstock.  Is this some sort of early April fools joke, or am I missing something?  How is a neck differentiated as lefty or righty except by the headstock?  I understand if it already had a slotted nut installed that could be a determining factor (although easily changed).  It certainly looks like a regular right handed neck.

Neither of mine have the side adjusters.

only warmoth pro necks with the straight peghead have side adjusters. That neck looks like a vintage modern.
