Update!
My new showcase neck arrived this morning, USPS!
Looks amazing, they nailed every option.
I’m super happy!
Turn around was very fast!
Payment came out 8/20 and neck arrived 8/29!!
I’m on the east coast too, so that’s crazy fast!

Hey y’all,
Anyone have an idea of how long lead times are on showcase necks currently?

I bought one about 10 days ago, and the money came out of my account, but I haven’t received the confirmation email.
Maybe they’re just that busy?

Per their COVID banner they say they are running a few weeks behind normal lead times. As such, a Showcase neck, without finish, should take a few weeks. I've recently ordered two necks and they arrived within 3 weeks.

I heard their neck replicator is down.  :toothy12:  As well as the neck tele-transporter.  (This is a nod to star trek)

You might want to check your spam folder. I know sometimes Warmoth's confirmation emails wind up there depending on how your email is set up. Gmail is especially notorious for that.

Excellent point. Also, if you ship via UPS the shipping notice comes from UPS Quantum View, not Warmoth. So check you inbox for that too.

And if you choose USPS?

I recommend you give Warmoth a call. Their customer service is great.

I know we're talking necks, but I ordered my showcase body on 7/14/20, card was charged right away (because there's still customization required, so that's expected), and got shipping notice on 7/23/20.  Arrived 7/30/20 via UPS.

I was actually astonished that the turn-around was that fast.  I expected at least 4-5 weeks.

You missed the point.

There are more options for US shipping than UPS Quantam View...

USPS Informed Delivery?

I think we recognize the lack on confirmation email as the anomaly, which hopefully answers the OP, the best solution would be customer service.

The transporter first appeared in Fireball XL5.  I'm learning the theme song after I make up a solo for Barbara Ann which I'm working on now.

I'm crazy happy to hear that. I see that we aren't getting the Covid delay page any longer. That page disappeared faster than I expected I thought we would be in October before it disappeared. I also noticed new items showing up in the showcase. Almost bought a super light Mahogany Strat body but someone scooped it up while I was still thinking about it!!! I guess we have to move fast on the good stuff!! I put in an order for a custom neck with no finish in late July so I hope i'll get that UPS notice soon.    :bananaguitar:

Note that there is still this page. Just that you have to click the link to it on the homepage.
