Last fret low?

So if all the frets are level and fine but if the last fret towards the body  is low, that fret must be replaced, correct?

If the neck and action are set correctly, and the last fret is so low it causes issues, 2 options :
Replace last fret
Lower all other frets

If the last fret is lower than the others it is not going to cause buzzing as it is the last fret and if it plays okay there is no real problem. Often from about fret 15 to the last fret some add deliberately a tapering of the higher frets called fall away.

Although if it is so low it is causing an actual problem it may need replacing.

I'm with stratamania - if the last (closest to body, highest, etc) fret is low .... who cares??  It's not going to cause any issues.

now the first fret is another story.
