Korina neck?

I’ve got an American Pro tele deluxe that I’d like to try a different neck with.
The showcase has a few Korina tele necks that are OMG! pretty.
Anyone have anything bad to say about Korina for a neck? (Korina/ebony)
It’ll be going on an Alder body.
Basically I need someone to talk me out of buying another neck...
