So Theresa and I were at the Blues Jam at Irene's pub wednesday night, and I brought Kashmir.  It was a typical blues jam - lots of strats, but with some pretty good players.  Anyway, one of those strat guys broke a string so I ran on stage with Kashmir, which we handed off mid song.  I changed the string on the strat while watching the guy solo on Kashmir.  Here's some observations:


1- Kashmir is a SPECTACULAR instrument!  Way to flashy for any blues jam!
2 - Kashmir sounds great.  It completely destroyed any strat that was on stage.
3 - B-benders really catch those strat guys off guard :)

 
Always good to hear, but not surprising.  Kashmir is a quality instrument. 

So who was playing your axe while you were fixing theirs?

The front strap knob is attached to pulleys and gears which pull the B-string typically a full step or two?
