I never got any notification on my custom order neck, but I got a tracking number on my showcase body.

It's a lot more fun to get a surprise on your doorstep one afternoon than to know that it's coming. :icon_biggrin:

Mine is a custom order. Ill have to keep an eye out.
You guys know what really hurts?

Having to pay something like $60+ for duty and taxes to the mailman.

Add 10 to 12 weeks to your order date.  UPS will send an email with the tracking number.  If the payment is subtracted at the time of shipment, then bank account activity will be another indicator.

No notify for me and they also didn't include my delivery instructions.
Luckily I called just as it was going out the door, (when it was " too late to include the deliver instructions" )
so I called the post office talked to my mail man and told him to watch for it.
He was glad to do so.

It depends on the shipping method.  UPS shipments include their QuantumView tracking.  USPS does not include tracking information.  We have a project in the works to send email notification for all shipments, but that is not done yet.  Orders placed online, provided they were not placed anonymously, include status information online.

Even on custom orders, I have normally experienced shorter delivery times than this.  However, that time is the longest you should experience.

As mentioned, just look for your bank account to be drained.  That is the primary indicator.  A UPS notice should follow within a day or two.
