Ok finally got some time to really go thru and set things up etc. I had to create fall away for frets 14 and up, leveled them and polished with 800 grit. I did end up using two metal shims under the LSR roller nut too. The main thing I did once again (had to on 3 previous Warmoth necks) was sand the neck heel a few mm so my bridge saddles are not angled up so far. The stamped turtle is gone but it is playing really well finally. The neck heel was in spec to begin with FYI. I have found depending on the body/ neck I like the result. Even with Warmoth body and warmoth neck I have had to adjust. Finally first time with LSR nut, looks cool/not sure if it is really doing anything special or not, but haven't had time to wiggle much yet. So far it seems like string trees will not be needed. We'll see.
