Hey folks,
Just did one of the strangest, most fun gigs ever: Earth hour at a local coffee house!
They turned off all the power and lit the place with a billion candles. We played completely acoustically - no sound re-enforcement whatsoever. Had two acoustic guitars, bass drum/snare/high-hat, the violin and our voices.
And the place was FULL. We had a local promoter plug the event and the place was standing room only.
ccasion14: The cool thing was when we were playing it was DEAD QUIET - except for the applause. :icon_thumright:
All and all a very very fun gig. The manager of the store took photos, but it was hard to get a good one because there was no light. But if I get one I'll post it up.
And I didn't have to take down the PA at the end of the night! :headbang:
