I just wanted to post on here that you guys have some cool guitars. I got a Jazz master from Warmoth about 10 years ago and I love it I spent a lot more than I should have on it knowing what I do now but being left handed it is a pain to find guitars other than strats and teles. Anyways mine is made after a 60s model and is sonic blue.
My question to you all is have any of you ever had a issue with wiring mine will not get loud unless you turn it to about mid level anything over or under and it can not be heard very well. I think part of the issue is the wire that was used I think it was normal speaker wire 10g if I remember right back then I didn't think I could do the wiring so I let my father in law do it, we used a diagram from fender for a 1964 jazzmaster.

So any ideas on this I think that it is wrong wiring maybe wired a little wrong as well since it is a left handed guitar and im sure the diagram was for a right handed one. Other than that super guitars guys.

Welcome to the board, Chris!

I seriously doubt the wire itself is a problem. It's more likely a mistake in the wiring, which wouldn't be surprising on a Jaguar/Jazzmaster. It's a pretty convoluted control scheme that barely makes sense even when it's built as designed.
