jazzmaster w/ p-90s wiring question

i was looking at making a jazzmaster but putting in lindy fralin p-90s. i also wanted to keep the tone boosting feature involving the mini roller pots and stuff but can you still do that with p-90s? also dumb question about p-90s....how do you mount them or adjust their height (soap bar style) thanks.

I can't tell ya anything about the Jazzmaster features, but I would certainly think it would work the same.

As for adjusting the height of the pickups, they have height adjustment screws with springs just like a humbucker.
The difference is the adjustment screws go directly into the wood instead of mounting rings.

Using Fralin P90s with a standard Jazzmaster wiring  circuitry is possible.  In fact any 2 wire pickups can work with this wiring.

As for mounting the P90s. look at the picture attached.  Do remember Jazzmaster bodies are thinner so care must be taken when screwing down the mounting screws.
