Jazz bass with Darkstars

Hello,

I'm wanting to order a Warmoth Jazz bass body and neck.  I see that Warmoth offers neck and bridge routes for the Darkstar DS-3 bass pups.  Has anyone ordered these routes before?  I 'm concerned about proper string alignment  :icon_scratch:

What, specifically, do you want to know?  The rout is Fred's universal rout so you can flip the pickups around for different orientation.  Quite a few people have ordered those routs and I have heard of no problems.

Why would Warmoth offer routing for a specific pickup if it had string alignment issues?
That would be a major quality control issue that would be corrected before they offered the route.
