Inlays!

I'm a sucker for cool inlays.  I appreciate that the basics are represented, but there are some more shapes outside of teh dots that would be really great.  It wouldn't have to be Steve Vai ivy or anything, just some more choices outside of the norm.

I like what Schecter has been doing recently with theirs, I'd like to see some of that stuff like lighting bolts represented, even if 12th fret only.

And what's with the growing dots on the Nightswan?  Would look better with a standard sized dot I think.

Also I'm not a fan of the current skull & bones... the skull looks a bit like an old man with no teeth. =)

Offset dots would be great. I'm actually a huge fan of the tree of life inlays, and since they're used on guitars other than the JEM (which is quite popular), I think it would be great to see that someday. And they could charge a fortune for it but ppl like me wouldn't mind.
Another suggestion: why are all the cooler materials like abalone only available on dots? What if I want abalone shark fins?
