Initial neck setup after fully loosening

So I had my Warmoth guitar setup a while back but felt the need to tweak it.  Anyways, I've ended up in a situation where the truss rod is fully loosened, or the nut you adjust it is.

Anyways, how many turns in should I start with with a fully loosened truss rod? When the truss rod was tightened down some I swear there was very little bow when the truss rod was almost all the way loose.

This is a Warmoth neck (like found here: http://www.warmoth.com/Guitar/Necks/Warmoth/Warmoth/ChooseConstruction.aspx)

Side-Adjust Reset Procedure

Most necessary relief adjustments can be accomplished using only the side-adjust. If you have completely tightened or loosened it and still need to make further adjustments, you may need to reset it by removing the neck and following the steps below:

Completely loosen the heel-adjust nut.
Turning clockwise, tighten side-adjust bolt until it stops.
Back side-adjust bolt out 7 (seven) complete turns. This will center it in its best operating range.
Tighten heel-adjust nut until fretboard is perfectly flat (has no forward curve).
Attach neck and tune to pitch. Detune strings and make necessary relief adjustment with side-adjust bolt. Repeat as necessary.

Thanks, I don't have the side adjust neck though.  Is it the same process maybe?

Ah, you have the modern tiltback.It has the double expanding truss rod minus the side adjust.  I would use a similar process but obviously missing out the steps about the side adjust.
