I want make a Tele Custom and I have dudes about picks and body!! From Spain

Hi, I hope to buy in the next weeks a tele custom 72 body and I have some questions.
First, I see the original tele Custom is made by alder. Is possible tomake it Black Korina or its sounds bad with the pickups of the tele?? Is a bad election?

Second; this would be my first guitar with a singlecoin in the bridge. What pickup is nearest to the original pickup of the tele custom??? I dont know what models of Seymour or Rio Grande I could buy.

I play in line os Isis, Neurosis, Earth...in the past, I wrote here because I will buy a tele deluxe bad I have problems in my life and I cant do it.

I have a tele with a Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro pickup in the bridge.  It is a great sounding pickup and is true to the tele sound.
