I Want A CNC Machine

Just messing around in Corel Draw. I guess that's my take at LPS style guitar. Just wish I had the tools (and the talent) to make it come to life :binkybaby:.

Corel Draw is cool, I have Corel Grafix Suite X4, Turbo Cad Pro 16, Surfcam and PhotoImpact 11... :icon_thumright:

If you planned on upgrading to Corel Suite X5, don't do it... the X4 just works a lot better

Those CNC routers are nice! I know of someone who is making the "do-it-yourself" CNC routers. I have seen it in action and I want one too. Like I need another activity :doh:

The DIY stuff seems really expensive, though.

If you think the DIY units are pricey, try buying a turn-key unit from someone like Bosch or Cincinnati.

Im getting along just fine building my guitar with just a bandsaw, various sanders, a router, and hand tools.  You don't need a CNC to build a guitar, you just need determination and good plans/templates.

Yeah, a CNC router is more for production work, where you're going to build quantities of something. Otherwise, you'd never get you money back.

I've got a CNC machine, Built by my own design from scratch,  am cuttin parts and learning how to use it now
