Given that my son is obsessed with trying to pull my guitars off the stands, I decided to put them out of reach.

Let to right: Halfmoth w/EMGs, Halfmoth humbucking Tele, all-Warmoth 80s Strat, Gibons LP Trad w/ Duncans, 1994 Fender Strat (only original parts are body and neck)

Anyway, that was a job I hated doing. Drilling into a brick wall when you can't see the bricks means that the bit will often hit the side of a brick and just decide to take a detour. GRRR.

Nice job! And nice collection, as well.

Wish I had the wall space to do something like that myself.
 
ahhhhhh - just let the kid play with the guitars.  Leave the tele lying around.  He can't really hurt it. 

The LP is another thing mind you...

It's not the guitars I'm worried about!

I do let him play with them a bit, supervised. Get him started early (he can't walk yet).
 
That's probably smart! I tried to get my guitars in my kids hands as much as possible and they both wound up being drummers.  :tard: But I have sang that sad song here before.

Maybe I should have put the guitars out of reach and then the temptation to get their hands on them would have been too much too handle.  :laughing7:
 
Ha! Just this morning I ordered 20 of these as I am planing to hang all my guitars around the house!

I dont look forward to all the drilling, but I what I really dont look forward to is deciding which guitar goes where! YIKES! I need help! :sad:
 
What's worse than a child banging on toy drums?

A child with the dedication to learn to actually play the drums. Quarter note drills for hours on end.

I'll tell you what's worse; a child that loved his double bass drum pedal!!!! My oldest drove me crazy with that thing. I can't tell you the misery of listening to him get an aerobic work out on that thing. The absolute worst Christmas gift I ever gave that boy!  :laughing7:
