ohhhh the farofa!! We mix it with rice and sometimes "vinagrete" (it's a "sauce" made of tomate, onions, chili and vinagre and olive oil, just cut the things small and put the vinagre and oil) or we "pass" the peace of meat on the farofa, then it's stick to the meat... A good farofa isn't very dry, if you use just the cassava powder, it gets really dry, that's why I prefer the the mix with corn powder, you fry it with a lot of butter, bacon, sausage and some green that I still don't know the name:
