Well, I borrowed a friends camera.  I wanted to drop you guys a shot of my project before its all done.  I'm amazingly happy with the quality of everything so far!

Glad to oblige you Doc!

Swamp ash body in butterscotch blonde, all Canary neck with Graphtech Nut and SS6105 frets, Callaham bridge, Fender CS '51 Nocaster pups, 4-way switching.  It's coming out real nice so far.  All the soldering is done.  This weekend ill mount the PW tuners, string trees, and Bakelite pickguard.

Only issue I'm still having is deciding on the string tree, I bought 3 of em.  I have a Callaham vintage style one and 2 from the Warmoth E-store (a chrome barrel style, and the black/silver roller one).  With that nut and tuners, what do you think?

I don't know anything about the Callaham trees, but I really like the W barrell and roller trees.  I don't think you can go wrong there.

Yeah, I popped for a black Bakelite pickguard from Callaham.  The bottom is going to be fairly classic to replace my 96 tele.  I gave that one to a buddy of mine who had a house fire.

I love it! great mix of classic and exotic
Agreed, I've always liked the see thru butterscotch blonde. And the canary neck fits well with it....Looks like a nice figure in the swamp ash too...

Good Karma coming your way for that!  :icon_thumright:

Very nice, Blue!  There is just something about a butterscotch Tele.  You can't seem to go wrong with one of those!
