Of course he's miffed that the "techs" didn't set the mikes right, the drums were substandard and it's all been a big bother - but he might also be miffed that he ain't being treated like the Drum God anymore, just some ex-has-been traveling around sniffing out a buck. And if he wants it right he has to set up his own cymbals, just like every other drummer in the scrub leagues.
