How much wood filler for a swamp ash body?

I've got a G5 swamp ash body in the pipeline, and I've seen various sizes of wood filler around - 8 oz., a pint etc. Just how much of the stuff will a single swamp ash, bass body gobble up? I'm leaning towards LMII's microbead filler:

It'll be going over some dyed wood, so if the Stew-Mac clear Colortone or something else is better, please advise!

I only use the StewMac Colortone; a pint will do multiple guitars/basses.
