I'm still waiting to here back from the Warmoth shop regarding the
headstock drawing I sent in. Can't wait to see this neck done.

How long did it take for you to get yours done? What is the
average lead time on an unfinished neck with a custom headstock?

Don't know about the custom headstock, but it took me about three weeks for me to get the shipping info.

My Padouk/Pau Ferro Jazz bass neck was on my doorstep just two days shy of a month!  :headbang1:

I see.... so I'm looking at about a month here...
that's if Warmoth is gracious enough to get back
to me regarding the drawing....

When did you send in the drawing?  I presume you included all your contact information, yes?

It arrived at Warmoth last Friday. I know... I'm just being very anxious to get the ball rolling on
the neck because the body will arrive at Tonar's place tomorrow...

Yeah, I know... I just want to place an order asap.
Still waiting to hear back from Warmoth shop regarding
the possibility of headstock design.
Guess they are quite busy these days...

As a matter of fact, yes.  Sales is quite busy handling all the phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.....  It may take a few days to have someone carefully review the drawings to determine exactly how much work will be necessary and what the associated costs will be.  Presuming it is a shape that management wants to do.

My headstock design is quite simple. Basically, it's a narrower version of "V" headstock
on a straight paddle. Nothing crazy...
