How can I make this look good?

I like the tighter grains and smoother feel. "Brilliant highs" fits the purpose of this guitar very well.
EDIT: I have a small picture of my guitar, I think I resized it for some reason, so no pic big enough to be found.

Oh how I hate descriptive words...

And you can re-resize it can't you?
not without it getting all blurry and distorted.

It's close enough.  Just get him a copy.

Here's what I came up with, looks much better. Everything fits and looks good.  :icon_thumright: Thanks

Sorry Rouse, not as classy as the gold and pearloid...

the other thing that looks weird is the big 70's style porno headstock

I never was a fan of pearloid pickguards but CBS headstocks are something I do like...alot.

i love the CBS, but mostly on Tele Deluxes. they can look awesome on the right strat too, and this is definitely one of them!

+1  Don't listen to them Rouse!

I used to loooooove the CBS headstock, but now I associate it with the bullet truss rod adjustment and 3-bolt micro-tilt necks and modern cheap Squiers.  Atleast G&L made the 3-bolt neck work.

I'm sure I can get over my CBS headstock-phobia, but I don't get reminded of the Squiers when I see the smaller headstock. Some builds here have let the large headstock work.
