Hipshot tremolo (again...)

Hi all,
another 3d about tremolo.... sorry me in advance

Always looking for a tremolo that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing (IMO, of course) finally I arrive to HIPSHOT tremolo.
I read that someone has already mentioned it in the forum ( and someone else is fed up). So I ask those who have or have had it, could make me a *quick review* (simply language please, no slang)  and tell me what are its major PLUS?
