?

i'm starting to think maybe a couple Valium and some vodka.

or just sleep on the couch..

I'm no doctor, but I think you should stick to Valium or vodka. Those things don't play so well together.

Just another night on the couch..
I'm in the best shape i've ever been and this crap still dogs me

I'm afraid you'll need to take up the BanJo and play bluegrass.
been there, done that, love banjo, good night all i'm off to the couch..

I personally think bubinga leg braces with satin gold hardware would be awesome! Plus that guy from that band uses them!

Bummer Lance...
I don't have any immediate answers, but I work in a hospital and have access to lots of folks that might have an answer.
I have heard this can be quite aggravating.
I think I would go with the valium & vodka.
Remember; moderation...

I will shout back at ya tomorrow :headbang1:

Do you take a multi-vitamin?  Sometimes it can be worse if you have certain mineral deficiencies.

i am always unsure about new diseases. this is not to say i don't beleive you suffer but there are far to many unexplained diseases with medications that dont treat the assumed cause, just ease symptoms.

i'm not a doctor or medical professional but i do know magnesium and other minerals help to relax muscles. but if you are deficient the big question is why? i suffer from chronic pains and fatigue and on occasion i felt restlessness especially in my legs and the doctors try to force anti depresants on me, go figure.

i had white spots on my finger nails and stretch marks, the interwebs said it was a zinc deficiency but taking zinc only got rid of the spots for a couple weeks and they were back. years later i tried excluding things from my diet that might be causing digestive problems. spots are gone now and no supplements. red meat and dairy was the big offenders and ironically are a great source of zinc and magnesium. i still have pains and fatigue but no restlessness, the remaining symptoms might be from my hypothyroidism which i did not have when the problem started i was tested many times and it only developed recently.

as far as a right now fix, i think the vodka idea might work for ya.

My father had what we used to call "the atomic foot" which never stopped twitchin'.  We'd be there on the couch as a family, and his foot would be goin double time and then some.  I remember when I was a kid, then as a teen, then as a guy in my 20's, I had the atomic foot, but it would come and go.

A strict regimen of low exercise, poor nutrition, excessive late nights, and other generally unhealthy things seems to have cure it.

I agree that those two TOGETHER could have some bad side effects... please don't take them with each other..

You might wake up dressed in a pink tutu, in a  strange part of town, and lots of new friends ringing you up all the next week...

Maybe the best thing is to see a Dr. & see if there's some physiotherapy, massage or the like that could ease your nerves.
