HELP with strat wiring and additional switch

Hi from Venice guys,

I am going to make myself a guitar out of Warmoth parts.  :icon_thumright:

So, it will be an SSS strat-ish guitar.

First time ever I have to struggle with wiring schemes so I rely on your patience.

I would like to know where to find some wiring scheme in order to get not only the 5 "canonical" tones:

N, N+M, M, M+B, B

but also N+B and N+M+B

I'd like to add a switch that switches on the bridge PU. So, with the bridge PU on, I will get what I want with the 5-way switch on positions "1" and "2".

What do I have to do?

Thanks a lot!

P.S. I'll use silent PUs so polarity won't be an issue,

The easiest thing to do is just throw a SPST switch across the neck and bridge pickup hot wires, at the pickup selector switch. Closing the switch will give N+B/N+M+B/M/N+M+B/N+B.

both options work. the op version would be a switch that connects the neck (or bridge, your choice) to the common of the 5-way (the one that goes to the volume pot) giving
neck, neck/mid,neck/mid,neck/mid/bridge,neck/bridge. or neck/bridge, neck/mid/bridge,mid/bridge,mid/bridge,bridge.. depending on which pickup you cut in. but joey's way might be easier to remember the sequence.
