Help on a hardtail bridge?

Hey guys! I'm about to pull the trigger on a showcase body that is routed for a hard tail bridge with vintage spacing. I plan selecting the option for the to enlarge the holes for a "narrow strat mount." My question is does anyone know what bridges are good options that will fit this pre drilled rout?

I'm not much a fan of the modern looking bridges, just want something classic. Would this Hipshot bridge work with that routing? http://store.hipshotproducts.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=328

I know I could order the Warmoth bridge, but I know nothing about it or if it's any good.

So basically, I'm looking for a modern spaced hard tail bridge that would fit the predrilled "narrow spaced strat" rout option on a showcase body.

Thanks much for the help!

I have the narrow spaced strat bridge that Warmoth sells. And in fact I drilled the holes wider myself because when I ordered the body I was going to go with the wider spacing. Didn't like it, too wide, nearly off the sides of the neck.

The bridge is fine, and it's a good idea that the saddles are V-shaped to keep the strings in the right place. However, I think I'll get some Graph Tech String Saver Classics instead because they're so much more comfortable to use.

However I'm happy to recommend Warmoth's narrow spaced flat mount bridge.

Hey man, some good suggestions for that rout were posted on my recent thread here... http://unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=23080.0

I ended up just going with the Warmoth narrow strat mount. Should be here this week sometime. I might end up going with some Graphtech saddles but I'll give the stock ones a shot first.

+1 on the string savers.  At least compared to the bent metal fender saddles in their cheap hardtail bridge.  I paid something like $10 for the fender bridge and $40 for the saddles.  The guitar is much nicer now.  The bridge doesn't rip up my hand.  The height screws stay in the same spot.  The "v" indentation actually keeps the strings in space.  They don't buzz where they touch.  Changed my entire view of this guitar.
