Heavy Neck, Tele Bridge, What Body?

I have some parts laying around that I would like to make use of.

First, I have a big neck.  Fatback bubinga with a lovely ziricote fingerboard and a giant headstock.  The neck is really heavy.  I bought it for a mockingbird, but the neck is too heavy and the guitar tips forward if I let it hang.

Second, I have a telecaster ashtray bridge with three brass saddles.  This was on a guitar I played in a band 20 years ago.  It is "aged", but sounds twangy and sustains really well.

All I really need is a body to screw these onto.  I was thinking that because the neck is so heavy, that I might try a Z body.  The big upper horn should bake it easier to balance the neck.

What do you think?  Thanks.

Z body sounds great. Someone do one a few years ago in a 2 tone burst with a tele bridge and it looked awesome.

Maybe the hybrid strat.  The longer upper horn would allow it to balance out better, and the tele bridge would look right at home.

If it's a toss between the Z-body and a Strat-body, then I say go for the Z-body. Everybody and his brother does a Strat, so I think we need to give the world some more Z-love.

And of course, we are all eager to see some :kewlpics:
