headstock followup

Well finalizing the 3x3 straight pull headstock design. Hoping to build a prototype this weekend or next.
As I am 99% decided on a Bubinga/Bubinga, I now have the option of a tiltback paddle or straight paddle.

Your thoughts on which and why.

I always get the tilt if available.

Tilted headstock = no string tees.

That is a selling point of a tilted headstock, but for me, a major reason for doing a 3x3 straight pull headstock is shortening the headstock and increasing the break angle.
For me fender headstocks need to be straight stick construction.  I did consider a tilted strat headstock, but just couldn't warm up to the look.
