I am going to try do all the electronic wiring my self on my new warmoth strat build and
Im looking for a H/S/H wiring schematic that does this with a standard 5 way switch and possibly only one tone controll for all pickups:

Position1 Bridge humbucker (Seymour Duncan Pearly gates TB)
Position2 Bridge humbucker and middle singelcoil (standard strat 2 position)
Position3 middle singelcoil (Seymour Duncan SSTK-S4M RV/RP)
Position4 middle singelcoil and neck humbucker (standard strat 4 position)
Position5 neck humbucker (Seymour Duncan Jazz neck)

I have never done any wiring from scratch before so this is going to be my first attempt at this.   :dontknow::tard:
Any ideas?

Dude this is just standard wiring.  Look at the Electronics forum.  LOOK AT IT.

did you want the humbuckers to be tapped in the 2/4 positions? so you get the "quack" sound of a strat as well as get a hum bucking effect between the single coil and one coil on the humbucker, if so did you want a specific coil active, outside/inside?

this splits the humbuckers in 2/4. and please check out the sticky up top in this catagory unless you have a very specific request or a trouble shooting problem.

So there's no need of a super switch?

I dont really know what is best which side of the humbucker is best to use with the singelcoil. Lets say the outer one on each side.

Oh sorry.....I missed the sticky.

That's what I wanted you to spot on the Electronics forum ;)  Welcome, by the way.

which coil is best will depend on the magnetic polarity of the single. ask seymour duncan that.

the wire colors can be switched around and the magnets can be flipped. some people prefer a certain coil for location, some like a certain coil for the pole type, the sound is ever so slightly different, barely perceptable really, especially when mixed with another pickup but some have very specific demands.

you can have no splits for more simplicity, but if you want it for some amount of humbucking then you will want the coil active that has an opposite magnetic polarity from the singe coil, for this you may have to change the wires around on the humbuckers or maybe not, i cant remember off the top of my head which way you go with a rw/rp from seymour duncan.

this may help once you figure out the details of the single coil magnetic polarity.

I dont know if it need humbucking.
Here's the description on the singel coil:

SEYMOUR DUNCAN SSTK-S4M RV/RP BLK

Seymour Duncan SSTK-S4M RV/RP - classic ST-style stack,
middle position, reversed wound/reversed polarity,
two coils stacked in opposite phase for maximum hum rejection.
Sound modelled on the complex, clear tone of vintage Strats. Colour: Black

oh

its a stack, completely noiseless.

just standard strat wiring, actually easier with just 1 tone. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1h_1s_1h_1v_1t_5w

or add a toggle for traditional single coil sounds  http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1lil1v1t5w3s

Thanks a lot for the help. Now I got something to work with.

This is a really great forum. :headbang:
