GIve me a good reason not to pull out my wallet

There are 2 lovely, lovely bodies in the showcase, and I have a hard time not to pull out my wallet and say: OK, they're mine! they'll be nice showcases of warmoth's craftmanship and my geniality when it comes to pickup design  :laughing7: (those are already on order, eventhough I've got all the guitars loaded and geared up!)

So: give me a good reason why I shouldn't buy them...

I'll start:

1: I need to start having the crimsons done :P
2: I need to give others a change  :help:
3: I can always yank out pickups and sell them 2nd hand
4: its decadent
5: I've got all the neckwoods a man can think off when it comes to the angled headstocks.

anyone else? or are those reasons just escape?
 
I've been sitting here banging my head over this one and to be honest, I can't find a good reason. There is only one real question here....

Can you afford them?

If your answer to that is "Yes" then I see no reason not to move forward. Especially since they're on sale. This is Warmoth's first sale *EVER* and probably the last one we'll ever see. If you'd like to get them and save a few pennies then now is the time.........because we all know that you will eventually buy more guitars.

I keep giving me the same speech all day long, but I don't think I can really uhm... get it off. I'll have to wait untill next week, and I hope the parts are SOLD by that time, but if I warmoth at least a little bit, they wont be. they've been laying around there for MONTHS, and they're still there. they are still expensive you know.

the other part of the problem is that the pickups I've bought are enough for me to get rid of the double pickup sets I've been having here (I have THREE guitars with the JBjazz set, and I can omit now at least 2 of them, but still, I have 1 set left, and I need to find a guitar for that, don't I? )


oh, I don't like this... I don't want to have 2 other guitars, but I can afford them, I just got a new function within the company where I work, and I can afford it all, with money to spare, but....if....

I know, and thats the main reason, but still...its not as if 2 weeks are going to kill me, right?

I was debating like you but I pulled the trigger and am happy. Still waiting on my gear though which is hell. But at least they are coming.
 
Orpheo, if there were any reason not to buy them, you would have stopped 4 LPs ago. Therefore there is no reason not to buy them. Hurry up and get famous though before Mastercard comes calling!  :headbang1:
 
One thing to consider there, Orph....you often ask this board for advice, then go and do whatever you damn well please anyway, so....................................................  WHATEVER!!!!, get them, don't get them, see if we care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I'm just joking, of course, but really, you already know what you are going to do....
 
What showcase bodies?

Or, should I say "Thrift Shop bodies"?  Remember when it was called the Thrift Shop???

Dude, this is like asking heroine addicts if they should buy heroine. Of course we are going to tell you that you should buy another warmoth. Heck, get 2. or even 3.......... :party07:
