The neck is what makes this guitar for me. It's a Gibson scale neck so it bends like a dream & the over all tone is warmer & creamier but with that strat bite.

I will NEVER play a strat scale neck again.

Birdseye necks get all the love but a flame maple neck is on my 'someday' list. I'd put it on my next project but there is already a neck in the Showcase that is perfect (with the exception of not being flame maple).

I'd love to see a closer picture of the back of the neck if you have it.
