Gibson RD bass?

Hi guys

i just want to know if it's possible to make a Gibson RD bass body.  It's a really cool bass but Gibson don't want to reissue them.

Basically you'd have two choices; if you're feeling ambitious you can order a pre-routed body blank and cut it out yourself; wood choices are mahogany, alder or swamp ash.

OR you can call Warmoth; they will do custom bodies; pricing is $350 and up, dependent upon design/materials.

The Gibson RD body is very unlikely to ever be something offered by Warmoth as the volume of scale would be so low.
