Gibson Burstbucker Pro alternatives

Hi all

I would like to know what alternatives there are to the Gibson BB pros. I love the pickups, but they are hard to get in South Africa and i don't see that they come in gold. I have played the SD SH-1 and SH-4, but i found them glassy or organ like (how my dad puts it ). I have played the 36th anniversary Dimarzios. I felt they were the best alternatives so far.

While I have never played Burstbucker Pros, looking at the specs, they are very similar to my favorite pickup set which is wound by Red Rocks Pickups in Michigan.

He doesnt have them listed right now but his 59/59+ set is nearly identical on paper to the burstbucker specs. I know he can get gold covers as well. I have 3 sets of these pickups and I really really like them.
